Several favourites at CozyHaus are gluten-free by recipe, and a small group is fully vegan. Flavours rotate, so check the menu or call before a special trip.
Gluten-free by recipe: Basque cheesecake in every flavour, including Plain, Earl Grey, Chocolate, Matcha, Oreo and Pistachio Raspberry, and our macarons. Two of the five whole cakes are Basque cheesecakes: Plain and Pistachio Raspberry.
Vegan: Vegan Layered Cheesecake in Raspberry and Blueberry (also gluten-free by recipe), plus vegan cookies in Oreo S'more, Earl Grey and Ferrero Rocher.
Drinks: oat, almond, soy and coconut milk are available for $1.00 extra.

Are your gluten-free desserts safe for celiac customers?
They are gluten-free by recipe, but they are prepared in a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee they are free from cross-contact. Please call us at (639) 554-4805 before ordering if you have celiac disease.
Do you have vegan desserts in Regina?
Yes. Vegan Layered Cheesecake in Raspberry and Blueberry and vegan cookies are available at the café. Vegan whole cakes are not part of the five-cake collection.
Which whole cakes are gluten-free?
The Plain Basque Cheesecake and the Pistachio Raspberry Basque Cheesecake are gluten-free by recipe. Both are 7 inches and serve about ten.
Can I order a gluten-free cake online?
Yes. Choose either Basque cheesecake on the cakes page and pay online. Pickup is at 2245 Albert Street.
